How did we tame a wild NH wine cap mushroom?

Wine Caps Grow Guide - In Progress!

We are building from the ground up

Our wine cap gardens have shifted - we stopped purchasing spawn from large vendors and are now cultivating our own native strain without disposable plastics.

Our first run of house-made native sawdust spawn was used to make beds in Fall 2025. We hope to see the fruits of our labor and start bringing our spawn to you in Spring 2026!
